What it is

A food app that happens to care about your health goals

Most nutrition apps assume you cook the way a western meal plan says you should. In an Indian kitchen, that assumption breaks in the first week. HealThaali starts from the other end: everyday home food — rice, dal, sabzi, fry, thalis and snacks — rebuilt to be lighter and higher in protein, with the numbers kept for you.

You get a personalised plan rather than a generic diet list, a dashboard that shows protein, carbs, fat and fibre against your own targets, food logging that takes seconds (search, camera or barcode), and step-by-step recipes with a Start Cooking mode. Over time, Food Memory records what you enjoy, prefer and avoid so the suggestions get sharper without you re-entering anything.

Alongside the plan sits HealThaali AI, which looks at what you have already eaten today — not just your profile — before suggesting anything. If most of your carbs arrived before lunch, it will steer dinner towards protein instead of lecturing you about breakfast.

Product philosophy

Four things we refuse to compromise on

  • Real food first

A plan only works if you would happily eat it again tomorrow. HealThaali builds around the thali, not around salads pretending to be lunch.

  • Zero-oil is a method, not a gimmick

The cooking approach is the product. Same dishes, cooked lighter, with the technique explained rather than assumed.

  • Remember, then adapt

Record. Remember. Reason. Reshape. The app keeps a working memory of your habits and lets it change the advice it gives you.

  • Privacy is a setting, not a promise

Data & Privacy lives inside the app, in Settings, where you can actually find it — and the policy says what happens to your data.

Who it is for

People who cook at home and want the numbers to add up

HealThaali suits anyone who is trying to lose weight, hold on to muscle, or simply eat better — while still eating home food. It is also built for people managing something specific: the profile has room for health conditions and food preferences, and the plan respects them.

  • Weight-loss goals with a target weight you set yourself
  • Higher-protein meals from everyday vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking
  • Zero-oil technique for people cutting down on fried food
  • Food preferences and conditions recorded once, applied everywhere
Where HealThaali stopsHealThaali offers general nutrition information and meal guidance. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Always follow the advice of your own doctor or dietitian.
Our stance on your dataHealth information is sensitive, so HealThaali treats it that way: Data & Privacy is a first-class screen in the app, account deletion is documented, and nothing about your health is published on this website.

Vision

The food you already love, working in your favour

The long-term goal is straightforward: make the healthier version of a familiar dish the easy option — in the app that plans it, in the recipes that teach it, and in the videos and posts that support it. No separate “diet kitchen”. No food you have to learn to tolerate.

We publish recipes and cooking videos on YouTube and Instagram as@healthaali, alongside the app. If you want to see the food before you commit to tracking it, that is the fastest place to look.

See the food, then try the app

Recipes and technique are free to watch. The app is where the plan, the numbers and the progress live.

HealThaali is in active development. Links go live the moment the app is published — until then these buttons are switched off on purpose rather than pointing at a placeholder.
